We view these relationships as strategic partnerships. Our staff works closely with both the customer and our contractor partners to clearly define the scope of each application, generate proposals, select components and create system drawings. In addition, we host training seminars to insure that our contractor partners remain highly trained on the latest product offerings. We also require that our contractors supervise the start-up of all installations, and provide 24-hour support to allow them to respond quickly to our customer's requests.
